Welcome!
My name is Angeline Morland,

My name is Angeline Morland. I am a LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist), 200-hr Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master Healer, Advanced Pranic Healer, Certified Personal Trainer, and recently certified as a Behavior Change Specialist. I mainly refer to myself as a Wellness Practitioner. My focus is to help my clients achieve their wellness goals in an integrative approach that has a lasting effect in their lives. By bringing an awareness to The Mind, Body, and Spirit connection, we (the client and myself) look for ways that work for them to reach said goals.  I will be a part of their support system as they navigate their journey to health and wellness.

I started on my path to Wellness in 1999. While I was employed at a Metaphysical Bookstore in my hometown St. Louis, MO. I had the honor and privilege to work with Holistic Healers, and Complimentary Care Practitioners of all sorts. After receiving my first Reiki treatment, and experiencing the effectiveness of this work first hand. I knew I was on the Path to my Soul’s Calling (Purpose), and received my first Reiki attunement in 2001. Shortly after, I studied and received my certification in Pranic Healing under Master Stephen Co. As I utilized my skills as an energy worker, I became more aware of The Mind, Body, and Spirit connection, and wanted to expand my services to affect the physical as well as the Spiritual (Energy). I graduated in 2002 from Missouri College after completing the massage therapy program, and started my practice at The Center for Mind, Body, and Spirit right out of massage school. I was not done learning. Once I started my massage career. I decide to go back to school, and enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic program at Logan University. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to complete the program, but spent 2 years studying the basic sciences. Information I still use to this day. I decided in 2007 that yoga would be an excellent way to help my clients maintain and/or achieve strength, flexibility, and body awareness to assist help them in maintaining the progress of our work between massage treatments. While studying at Logan, I also got certified in Pre-natal massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and Advanced Pranic Healing (Master Stephen Co). Although I had an amazing practice that enrich my life, because of all the people I was able to help. I found love, and moved to MD. To get married to my now husband, who already lived here.

I moved to MD in 2010, but did not start my new practice until a few years later. It was challenging to find places that were in alignment with me and my holistic approach to health and wellness. I was starting over. This reinforced my faith in this line of work being a calling for me. Because I had to rebuild my business from the ground up, and in a place that at the time didn’t seem very receptive to this work. Like any student fresh from massage school, I went ahead and applied to a popular massage chain. I had my practice on the side, but it was slow going. As this was occurring, my husband was looking for new areas to live in, and that’s how I ended up in Westminster. With perseverance and sheer determination(stubbornness). I found my way to another facility that encouraged me to get my Personal Training Certification (NASM). Although, I’m not actively working with clients in this capacity yet. I know when the time is right, I will. I also received training in the Strato Stretch Method (full body stretch), and started teaching Yin Yoga. It was at this time Covid showed up. When all was shut down, and closed. I was looking for new ways to help my existing clients. Knowing that I wanted to incorporate counseling (Mind) into my services one day, but I wasn’t completely ready to go back to school just yet. I took a mental toughness training through NASM. After receiving a certification for that. I saw they offered a course called Behavior Change Specialist, which was more in line with, and I wanted to offer my clients. It allows me to effectively support my clients with their goals beyond just physically feeling better.
